I have developed it for me !!!

Just Copy the Code of Asynchronous downloader given in the CHM files (Help File) "Extension to Application Block" Section.

In the DownloadFiles method of AsyncDownloader ..

use the following to download :

Dim ObjDownload as new WebClient
ObjDownload.Credentials = CacheCredentials.DefaultCredentials

WebClient.DownloadFile( srcFile,DestFile)
Thread.Sleep(Timespan.Formilliseconds(100))

'Call Download Progress event ..

Revert back in case of any query !!! (Adapted by Figurres2's Idea)

Thank you, Param23

Today I use WebClient to create a downloader. It's better than Bits downloader.

FYI, I have implemented a comprehensive HTTP downloader and posted it as a GotDotNet sample here: http://www.gotdotnet.com/Community/UserSamples/Details.aspx?SampleGuid=c639333e-a1ee-420e-9cc5-325879e74ae8

It includes synchronous and asynchronous support, accurate and frequent progress reports (in bytes, not just in files) and additional events to tell you about size calculations.
