I have my own implementation of an IActivationProcessor.
I can see, that PrepareExecute and Init is called, but it never reach Execute. I don't get any errors.

Any idea what's wrong?

My code for activating the processes:

try
{
foreach(Manifest m in manifests)
{
m.Apply = true;
}
updater.Download( manifests, TimeSpan.MaxValue );
updater.Activate (manifests);
}
catch (Exception ex)
{
Logging.LogHandler.AddLine (this.GetType(), ex.ToString ());
}

For some reason it helped to recompile the Updater project.
Now it works...
