Specific Files Will Not Update

I am having a problem with specific files in my manifest. As an example...

<files base="http://localhost/updates/" hashComparison="No">
<file source="app.exe" />
<file source="lib1.dll" />
</files>

Now I start the app, the updater runs automatically (ala AutoInProc), the files download, I restart the app and it runs fine.

Now I add a third file ("lib2.dll") to the manifest...

<files base="http://localhost/updates/" hashComparison="No">
<file source="app.exe" />
<file source="lib1.dll" />
<file source="lib2.dll">
</files>

Now when I resart the app it tells me there is an update (as expected). The files appear to download.

Now when I restart the app it tells me (again) that there is an update available and so on and so on.

For whatever reason "lib2.dll" is causing the update to fail. Has anyoine else experienced this problem?

Help.

I don't know if it was an error when you pasted the info into the forum here but it shows as:
<file source="lib2.dll">

should it not be:

<file source="lib2.dll" />

note the slash.
