Hi,

What you mean by "is it possible"? in terms of the architecture or conceptually?
AppraisalWorkbench is currently running two workitems:
- the Shell (root work item)
- and AppraiserWorkbenchModule workitem (root workitem of the module and child of the shell workitem) .

You could create a child workitem that might open the address of the customer using a map engine.

Are you refering to that scenario?

Thanks,
Matias

Yes, there is nothing stopping you from using child WorkItem classes.
