My application is architected around the last ctp of SCBAT I have 12 or so modules each of which has <3 views.

From the time I start my app either in VS or on a client machine until its loaded is 20-35 seconds.

I am using web services fairly extensivly, but all my calls are async, and I dont beleive that is the bottleneck (i.e. after app finally comes up I can see menus still build etc from the web services)

So I have 2 questions.

1) Maybe this is just a Visual Studio question instead of CAB, but what is a good way to see where the bottle neck is? If I follow through with the debugger it appears to start to hang when a a new service is added to CAB.

2) The examples I have seen add a web ref for each module that uses it, is this a bad way to do it, should I only reference the service once then someone get that service in other modules... or?
