Hi

I have .net 2005 professional installed on a microsoft virtual machine (xp sp2) (so we can set this up once for evaulation of the app blocks) but when trying to Execute the "Register Guidance Package" Option i get the following error

System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
at EnvDTE.UIHierarchyItems.GetEnumerator()

at Microsoft.Practices.RecipeFramework.PackageManagement.PackageManager.OnExecuteRecipe(Object sender, EventArgs e)

After getting this i have shut down every possible service but still get the error. I also followed the same steps on a normal pc which worked fine.

All the other app blocks installed and built fine, is it possible to get the guidance automation onto a virtual machine?

Cheers
