Hi,

Our web services uses windows authentication.
Calling these web services from a test implementation of these services require us to set

PROXY.Credential = System.NET.CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials

to enable the client to authenticate.

Where would be the correct place or what method should be used to enable this after running the "Create Smart web reference" recipe in a smart client application.... ?

We are new to smart client and are currenly being pushed to get a solution out.... any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks in advance...

ok, I searched for the keyword "Credential" a few days ago, and didn't get any results......

as old Murphy goes as soon as I posted this I did the search again and found the answer.....

MyService.Service service = new MyService.Service();
service.Credentials = System.Net.CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials;
MyService.ServiceProxy proxy = new MyService.ServiceProxy(service);
WorkItem.Services.Add<MyService.IServiceProxy>(proxy);

Sorry for the duplicate post.....
