I'm ollowing up on issues for using the the new UI Applicaiton block, and the following issue was raised. Does anyone know if this is an issue or will we be able to define common keyboard shortcuts across the modules?
The Composite UI Application Block (CAB) supports a tiled module layout that is very similar to our existing look (i.e. Navigator’s TOC, Viewer, & Summary panels or QR’s Batchlist, Document Properties, & Viewer panels). In 3.0, we implemented this look using a splitter control that allowed us to fill a Main Application screen with multiple forms, each of which had specific responsibilities/functions. This is very similar to the multiple module concept of the CAB. The problem we ran into was the user experience for users that like to use the Keyboard (rather than the mouse). When a particular form within the main app screen had focus, the user was unable to use keyboard accelerator keys that were defined on other forms within the main app screen. We need to validate that the .NET provides a solution to using the keyboard to move focus between visual application modules.

Ultimately they wanted to layout multiple forms on the screen and then be able to table between the fields from one form to the next and or use the keyboard accelerators to take them to a field on the next form.
