How to apply Least Priviliges to a CAB module?

Visual Studio 2005 includes a nice permission calculator. This tool calculates the permissions needed by a Windows Forms application project and adds them to the application manifest.

This technique however cannot be applied to CAB projects. The permission calculator would only calculate the permissions for the shell project, but wouldn't care about the permissions needed for the different modules, since the shell project is not dependent of the module projects.

That's why I have 2 questions:

1) How does one calculate (or trace) the permissions needed by an assembly? Are there any tools that could help in the process?

2) If I want to ClickOnce deploy the application, would I have to copy all the individual module's permissions to the application manifest?

Thanks for any help!
