Do you guys have an estimated plan when and how CAB will be backported into .NET 1.1?

Does it mean that if I want to use it in .NET 1.1, I should start port it manually? :)

If you want the CTP to run on 1.1, then that's going to be your only option, I think. Of course, CAB isn't in final release yet, so starting the back-port may cause you to back-port files that will end up changing significantly before the final release.

There may be others in the community who are interested in a back-port (i.e., in helping, or consuming, or debugging).
