Hello
I can't run documentation. There are not the CAB section in document explorer. Can I register help files manually so as Help becomes accessable ?
I tried reinstall CAB already.

I can't run it either. There appears to only be one topic and when I click on it I get "Page cannot be displayed"

I find solution. It's here - http://helpware.net/mshelp2/h2reg.htm !
h2reg - a tool (command file based), that can register help collections in ms-help format.
There're another utility - FAR in the same place (http://helpware.net/FAR/index.html)
FAR - is a free and greate UI-utility for manipulation with MS Help 2.x and HTML Help 1.x.

I dont get it. Are you telling me I need to download a help compiler simply to open a file?

If it's the CHM file you're talking about, you may need to right-click the file and choose Properties, then click "Unblock". CHM files are now blocked by default when downloaded off the internet, because of a security change in Windows XP (I think it was in SP2, may have been some other patch)
