Cant run documention

There're another utility - FAR in the same place (
FAR - is a free and greate UI-utility for manipulation with MS Help 2.x and HTML Help 1.x.

If it's the CHM file you're talking about, you may need to right-click the file and choose Properties, then click "Unblock". CHM files are now blocked by default when downloaded off the internet, because of a security change in Windows XP (I think it was in SP2, may have been some other patch)
