We are using the Composite UI Application Block and are wanting to use Integrated Windows Authentication on the client-side. Those credentials would then be used to lookup what roles the user has been given in the system to secure certain functionality.

The issue we are experiencing is that using Thread.CurrentPrincipal works on some pcs however on others it returns a null.

Has anybody else experienced this and found the cause or a workaround?

I'm a real newbie with Smart Client technology so any information/ideas would be helpful!

Thanks in advance.
